frequently asked questions ...
What type of paper are the prints?

The paper used for the prints is Hahnemuhle FineArt Pearl, a matt heavy weight paper that guarantees archival standards. If your chosen image is vertical rather than horizontal the same layout still applies.

What’s the cost and size of the prints?

Large: £135, paper 55cm x 43cm (22″ x 17″)
Medium: £95, paper 48cm x 32cm (19″ x 13″)
Small: £55, paper 29cm x 21cm (11″ x 8.5″)

When will I receive my order?

Standard time from order to delivery is 14 days. Most of the time it’s a lot less. 14 days helps me with printing your individual order, checking it off and organizing delivery.

How accurate is the color reproduction?

I use a fully color calibrated workflow from image capture to print and this ensures that the colors I see are printed accurately. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your computer/tablet and other factors beyond my control, I cannot guarantee 100% likeness.

Are your prints signed?

Only if you want me to.

Do you sell framed prints?

Short answer – no, not at the moment. Frames come in all shapes and finishes. What I like you may not. But the prints are in standard sizes stocked by most, if not all frame shops and you can place them in to a frame of your choosing.

Do you have a refund policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to send the print back and get a full refund, although you’ll have to pay the return postage. Refunds are granted upon return of the print you ordered, undamaged and in it’s original packaging. Thankfully it’s not happened yet! Unfortunately, returns are not available on international orders.

What happens to my credit card details?

All payments are processed by PayPal and only they will have a record of your payment details. PayPal provides a secure service for both you and me. You don’t need a PayPal account, just a credit/debit card! Follow the checkout procedure and use the “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” link in the bottom right of the PayPal screen.

If you can’t find the answer to your question, feel free to get in touch via the contact page and I’ll reply as soon as I can.
